Doctolib alone cannot take the booking.
Its external access is closed to writing. A copy visible in Google, Outlook or Apple does not allow bookings in Doctolib. We verify the authoritative calendar and conflicts; no browser robot or workaround is offered.

Microsoft 365, CalDAV and other systems require real-world validation. A read-only iCal feed is insufficient. The authoritative calendar, write permissions and all conflicts must be checked.

What if Léa gets it wrong?
The pilot offers slots read from the calendar and confirms after writing. Errors and unavailability must remain visible; they never count as confirmation. The journey provides no diagnosis, treatment advice or free-form commercial answers.
What data does the pilot use?
Tests use fictional information, a Google test calendar and technical session data. The pilot has technical backups, so we do not promise that nothing is retained. Data flows, suppliers and retention must be validated before client use. Read the pilot notice.
How long does setup take?
Timing depends on the website, calendar, available permissions and booking rules. It is confirmed after a technical check and a verified write test; no standard duration is promised before that.
What if a visitor asks something she cannot handle?
The current widget accepts no free-form questions. Use the SouthCode contact form for requests outside booking. This pilot does not handle emergencies or replace an emergency service.
Can I stop?
The public test is a demonstration with no commitment. Terms for a future client pilot will be written before signature. No AFFLUX offer is concluded while required validations remain open.
