The public site sets no cookies, does not measure your visit and uses no public analytics or advertising service. The contact form collects only what you type into it. The AFFLUX pilot is described separately below.

Contact form data
The contact form collects your name, your email address and the project type. For the Afflux journey, the calendar software is also required. Other details, the message and the phone number remain optional. This site does not measure your visit, installs no tracker and builds no profile.
What it is used for
Contact form data is used only to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. It is never used for marketing: you will not receive a newsletter, and I neither sell nor rent your details to anyone.
On what legal basis
On pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation. You are the one starting the conversation, and the tick box on the form records your express agreement.
Where it goes, and for how long
Your message is sent to me by email, and is not saved in any website database. OVH hosts the form and routes the email. It then stays in my mailbox for as long as we are in touch, and at most three years from our last contact if nothing comes of it — after which it is deleted.
Professional outreach
To offer services related to your business, SouthCode may use professional contact details published on your company’s website, based on its legitimate interest. The first message identifies the source and lets you decline further contact free of charge by replying or emailing contact@southcode.fr.
The private record, accessible to Raphaël, holds the business, contact details, source and exchanges for up to one year after collection or your last reply. Details needed to honour an objection are kept separately for three years, solely to prevent further contact. They are neither sold nor rented.
Temporary anti-spam limit
The server keeps a counter linked to a pseudonymised IP address, without the message content. Its sole purpose is anti-spam. Counters older than twenty-four hours are automatically deleted on the next form submission.
Your rights
You may ask to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its use, to object to it, or to receive a copy. An email to contact@southcode.fr is enough, and I reply within one month. If my answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the French data protection authority — CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr.
Processor used
OVH acts as a processor for website hosting and email routing. No analytics, advertising or third-party form service receives this data.
Public AFFLUX pilot
The AFFLUX widget shown on some pages is a synthetic pilot for a guided booking journey. It uses a fictional identity and fictional contact details and writes only to a test calendar. Technical session data needed for the journey is processed by the AFFLUX API; the pilot has technical backups. Do not enter real, medical or confidential data. This pilot is not a customer service and is not offered for sale yet. Suppliers, retention periods and contractual safeguards will be documented before any client activation.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no cookies and installs no analytics tool. That is why you have seen no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
One single thing is stored in your browser: when you click « light theme » or
« dark theme » at the bottom of the page, your choice is kept in a key named
theme, so the site appears the way you asked on your next visit. That key holds
nothing but the word light or the word dark. It cannot identify
you and is never transmitted anywhere.
Why this does not need your permission. The CNIL exempts from consent any storage that records a preference the user has just expressed themselves and that is necessary for the service requested. Remembering that you prefer the light theme falls squarely within that. To clear it, delete this site's data in your browser settings.
Intellectual property
The text, the code, the visual design and the illustrations on this site are the work of Raphaël and are protected by copyright. Reproducing them without written permission is prohibited. Sites built for clients remain governed by the contract agreed with each of them.
The example sites are fictional
The demonstrations shown under Work feature businesses that do not exist. Their names, addresses, phone numbers and prices are invented. Any resemblance to a real establishment would be accidental, and I will correct it immediately if you point it out.
The AFFLUX pilot and demonstration
The illustrated exchange between the assistant Léa and a visitor is staged. The public widget only runs a guided journey on a test calendar with fictional information; it does not handle a real patient's request and is not a service offered to the public.
