New pages, new features and online shops are outside the subscription. The domain is registered in the client’s name. Ownership, exit and handover are specified in the contract; these terms still require professional validation before any sale.

A text correction, replacement of a supplied image or opening hours update, within 30 minutes per month with no rollover. A new page, new feature or online shop requires a quotation. Technical maintenance is included separately; an initial support reply is planned within 24 working hours, without promising resolution in that time.
It spreads the initial design work. The schedule, content, languages and early exit terms are written before signing, after professional validation of the contract.
After 12 monthly instalments have been paid in full, you retain a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use the delivered website. Its export and domain transfer are provided without SouthCode exit fees. Hosting and maintenance then continue monthly, cancellable with 30 days’ notice. Migration work to another provider receives a separate quotation.
The subscription does not include an exclusive rights transfer. The domain is in the client’s name; third-party tools, fonts and components retain their licences. An ownership purchase receives a separate quotation specifying the transferred rights and deliverables, with staged payments possible.
A catalogue, payments, taxes and logistics do not have the same scope as a brochure website.
